Inbound Sales Agent - Fintech

Job Description:

• Connect with inbound customers who began their search in Jerry’s app
• Build trust and engage customers over the phone
• Explain insurance details clearly and simply
• Identify policy nuances, hidden discounts, and coverage gaps across 55+ carrier options
• Listen to customer concerns and resolve hesitations empathetically
• Help customers finalize and purchase suitable insurance policies
• Maintain a positive, personal, and effortless customer experience while multitasking in a fast-paced environment

Requirements:

• Experience in a high-standard retail, hospitality, or experience-driven environment
• Backgrounds such as Apple Store, Microsoft, Lululemon, Nordstrom, Disney, or Costco are highlighted
• Strong active listening skills
• Genuinely upbeat attitude and ability to connect naturally with people
• Comfort navigating internal tools and insurance platforms while multitasking
• Valid P&C license question is included in the application
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must currently reside in an eligible hiring location: Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Nevada, New York, North Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, or Virginia for this hourly role
