Product Designer

Responsibilities:

• Innovate and Inspire: Take the lead in pioneering the future of AI tutors, pushing the boundaries of educational technology with every design decision.
• Craft Compelling Visuals: Develop and refine the app's visual identity, ensuring that every screen, character, and animation isn't just beautiful but deeply engaging and tailored to spark curiosity and joy in young learners.
• Design with Personality: Infuse every aspect of design with personality, from whimsical characters to vibrant ones that capture the imagination, making learning more engaging.
• Animate and Enliven: Bring static concepts to life through animation.
• Sound Design: Integrate audio elements that complement and enhance the visual experience, ensuring a fully immersive experience.
• Iterate and Evolve: Continuously test, iterate, and evolve designs based on user feedback and educational outcomes.
• Be ready to experiment with new ideas to find what best enhances learning and engagement.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience: At least 3 years of experience with a strong portfolio showcasing product design, character design, and animation. Experience in educational games, AI tool designs, and game design is a plus.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in design and animation tools (e. g., Figma, Lottie, etc. ) and an understanding of development workflows.
• Creative Vision: Exceptional creative and visual skills, with the ability to design engaging interfaces, characters, and environments.
• User Research: Skills in conducting user research, including usability testing, surveys, and interviews, to gather insights on user behavior and preferences.
• Data-Driven Design: Experience in utilizing data to iterate on designs, ensuring that decisions are backed by solid evidence and user feedback.
