Site Admin Cum Document Controller

• Manage and maintain site documentation including permits approvals and reports.
• Handle administrative tasks such as employee records timekeeping and payroll coordination.
• Ensure compliance with company policies site regulations and safety standards.
• Coordinate with project managers contractors and other stakeholders for smooth operations.
• Oversee accommodation transport and welfare arrangements for site staff.
• Assist in procurement and inventory management for office supplies and site needs.
• Prepare reports meeting minutes and other required documentation.
• Address employee concerns and support HR functions related to the site.
• Plan coordinate and manage logistics for materials equipment and workforce.
• Ensure timely delivery of construction materials and equipment to the site.
• Liaise with suppliers transport companies and site personnel for smooth operations.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory shipments and deliveries.
• Coordinate transport accommodation and site access for workers and visitors.
• Ensure compliance with safety customs and site-specific logistics regulations.
• Handle emergency logistics requirements and troubleshoot delays.
• Work closely with procurement warehouse and project teams to optimize supply chain operations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in administration or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in site administration preferably in oil & gas projects.
