岗位职责 / Responsibilities
职责：
1、对接业务部门，并提供相关财务支持; 为业务部门的经营情况提供财务分析;
2、负责执行公司财务操作、会计核算等工作; 负责编制公司的年度财务预算、月度滚动预测，并保证预算管控全面有效执行;
3、根据年度目标编制预算，监督预算执行情况，保证实现预算目标; 根据实际情况，定期更新及修订预算，使预算执更加合理并定期汇总分析各部门预算执行差异，为考核提供依据。
4、全面负责年度财务报表审计、各专项审计工作，组织制订实施审计工作计划;
5、负责成本控制和跟踪,文件及流财务审批程序管理，收集与成本相关的信息,协助成本管理主管拟定目标成本;
6、全面做好公司的税务筹划，保证企业运作合规;
7、完成领导交办的其他工作。
任职要求 / Requirements
要求：
1、教育背景：本科及以上学历，会计、财务等相关专业，中级以上职称;
2、工作经验：3年以上工作经验，有国内外知名公司机构财务实际操作工作经验者优先;
3、技能技巧：熟悉国家财经法律法规及相关财务帐务处理方法，熟悉会计操作、会计核算及审计的全套流程与管理，具有简历财务管理体系、控制财务预算与费用的能力，具备一定的英语读写听说能力;
4、培训经历：参加过财务管理、会计学等相关培训，并取得相关财务资质证书;
5：态度要求：具有良好的团队意识，较强的责任意识、担当意识，能在较大压力下开展各项工作。
