岗位职责 / Responsibilities

1.负责编制研究院的合并报表，审核下属分院的的财务报表;

2.依据管理需求和相关财务信息，编制财务分析报告,提供有价值的财务建议。

3.规范公司内部关联交易、往来款的核算，并开展对账工作; 规范在建工程的核算，并优化相关流程制度;

4.及时跟进会计准则更新变化，并定期对会计政策或者财务管理制度进行相应调整

5.配合完成公司各类年度审计、专项审计工作

6.其他财务工作的参与配合

任职要求 / Requirements

1. 会计或财务管理等财经类专业统招本科及以上学历; 拥有CPA、中级会计资格优先考虑;

2. 三年以上相关工作经验; 有合并报表或者会计师事务所工作经验优先考虑;

3. 熟悉最新会计准则、国家各项财务、税务、审计法规政策;

4. 严谨细致，责任心、原则性强，具备良好的沟通协调能力、良好的分析判断能力
