岗位职责 / Responsibilities

1. 根据营销目标，制定年度市场活动规划并进行预算管理及控制，保障投入产出比;

2. 带领团队策划并统筹执行推广活动，包括线下自办会、行业会、领域会、线上专题分享会及各类产品宣传需求，提升品牌影响力;

3. 负责部分新产品的统筹管理，如微针、氧舱、DS-1000等，进行市场调研、应用场景挖掘、推广策略制定和KOL维护等工作，提升市占率;

4. 协调团队成员的工作安排和分工，做好业务指导与团队管理。

任职要求 / Requirements

1. 3年以上生命科学行业产品市场相关经验，1年以上带团队经验;

2. 丰富的活动落地执行经验，优秀的文案撰写及设计审美能力，熟悉公众号运营和线上直播等工具;

3. 主动性和学习能力强，系统化思考问题，能保质保量完成工作;

4. 有一定的媒体资源、设计师及供应商资源。
