岗位职责 / Responsibilities
1、售前客服
（1）售前接待：通过天猫旺旺，抖音飞鸽，京东咚咚，快手等各大电商平台为客户提供专业产品咨询，耐心解答疑问，引导客户下单促进成交转化，保证服务质量和回复时效。
（2）订单处理：跟进客户订单，审单，协助客户备注需求，开发票需求，提升客户购物体验;
（3）熟悉店铺产品知识，活动及价格，及时关注店铺异常并反馈，处理店铺临时事务;
售后客服
（1）通过各平台聊天工具解答并处理客户的售后及投诉，处理发货及物流异常;
（2）配合运营要求，对电商平台评价进行跟踪处理，必要时与客户电话沟通;
（3）及时，有效，妥善处理突发事件，不违反店铺规则的情况下实现客户满意度最大化;
（4）对商品换货，退货，退款，补发等问题进行表格登记，交接跟进至完结;
任职要求 / Requirements
1、高中以上学历，1年以上电商客服相关工作经验，有抖音，天猫，京东，拼多多店铺售前或者售后客服经验为佳。
2、抗压力及服务意识较好，有销售能力和欲望;
3、熟悉电脑办公软件，电脑打字速度较快;
4、有耐心责任心，亲和力强，工作积极主动、执行力强。
外派华大岗签署第三方外包公司合同，缴纳五险一金。
上班时间早晚轮班：早班：8点~16点，晚班（可居家）：15点-23点
