岗位职责：
1. 负责医学基因检测业务场景下的AI和ML算法设计、实现和调优，推进算法落地;
2. 将大语言模型等前沿人工智能技术应用于基因组医学以推动精准医学业务的开展;
3. 优化现有AI模型相关工作流，提高模型训练和部署运行效率，提升服务稳定性;
4. 关注前沿技术，跟进最新AI研究进展和应用趋势，提出创新思路和方向。
任职要求 / Requirements
任职资格：
1. 计算机科学、数据科学、生物信息学等相关领域研究生以上学历;
2. 较强的编程能力和技术架构思维，熟练掌握至少一门编程语言：Python/R/Rust等;
3. 熟悉大语言模型（LLM）、深度学习、常用机器学习算法及原理;
4. 熟练使用开源机器学习及深刻学习框架，如Pytorch/Tensorflow/Keras等;
5. 对生物学、基因组医学、人工智能的交叉应用有较强的兴趣和理解力;
6. 善于分析和解决问题，乐于挑战前沿研究课题，良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神。
