岗位职责 / Responsibilities
1、负责作物的种植和日常管理工作;
2、监督实施技术操作规程，检查验收各项养护工作，制定落实植保工作计划;
3、落实跟踪作物种植计划，新型种植技术实施与管控;
4、定期给种植人员传授种植的基础知识和实用技术。
任职要求 / Requirements
1、农学、园艺、植保等相关专业硕士及以上学历;
2、专业扎实，熟悉作物栽植、病虫害防治等方面的养护管理;
3、热爱农业行业，吃苦耐劳，责任心强; 有较强的学习能力、抗压能力、自驱力和解决问题的能力;
4、英语可作为工作语言者优先;
