Καθήκοντα

  • Εξυπηρέτηση πελατών και συνεργασία με προμηθευτές εξωτερικού
  • Σύνταξη προσφορών και παραγγελιών συμβάσεων και συμφωνητικών (Ελληνικά - Αγγλικά)
  • Ανάπτυξη και συντήρηση οργανωμένου συστήματος ηλεκτρονικής αρχειοθέτησης Διαχείριση email και παρακολούθηση ηλεκτρονικής αλληλογραφίας

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:

  • Άριστα αγγλικά - Η/Υ
  • Γνώση δεύτερης ξένης γλώσσας (ειδικότερα ιταλικής) θα θεωρηθεί προσόν
  • Κατά προτίμηση με προϋπηρεσία σε εταιρεία αντίστοιχου κλάδου
  • Άνεση στην επικοινωνία
