岗位职责 / Responsibilities

1. 负责人形机器人产品相关的硬件系统需求分析、指标拆解、主体方案设计以及实现评审;

2. 负责或参与机器人相关传感器的选型、指标评估与验证设计;

3. 参与和指导解决整机系统性难题;

4. 主导或参与机器人整机硬件架构的设计，规划技术迭代，并为产品的长期竞争力负责;

任职要求 / Requirements

1. 本科及以上学历，电子类相关专业，具备从0开始的量产项目单板的设计能力，具有3年以上硬件研发工作经验;

2. 具有正确的硬件正向开发价值观，具有使用基本理论认知分析未知问题的能力，能够用正确的思路影响并指导他人;

3. 熟悉常见MCU和SoC，熟悉高速、数字、电源、电调和模拟中至少四个方向的基础知识，并有相关的亲身开发经历;

4. 解IATF16949和ISO26262，对电子行业相关新器件和新技术有热情，了解行业发展趋势者优先。
