Purpose

The Content Creator & Program Coordinator will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the brand narrative of AYAI. This role requires a dynamic professional who can seamlessly blend creative content creation with high-level program coordination. The incumbent will be responsible for crafting compelling content that reflects the vision and philosophy of Mr. Ritesh Goyal, managing the digital presence of AYAI, and coordinating exclusive, high-touch programs designed for an elite clientele of leaders, entrepreneurs, and celebrities.

Key Responsibilities

• Content Creation & Branding

• Design, structure, and develop the content architecture for exclusive sessions led by Mr. Ritesh Goyal under the AYAI framework.
• Create high-impact content for branding and positioning of AYAI : Approach Yourself to Approach Infinity.
• Develop engaging content for digital media platforms including but not limited to:
  • Social Media Posts (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube)
  • Thought Leadership Articles
  • Blogs and Long-form Content
  • Marketing Collaterals and Presentations
• Ensure all content aligns with the premium, transformative, and aspirational brand identity of AYAI and The GIBS Group.
• Collaborate with the CMD to translate his vision into compelling narratives that resonate with high-net-worth individuals and industry leaders.

• Program Coordination & Delivery

• Coordinate end-to-end delivery of the AYAI program, ensuring a seamless and world-class experience for all participants.
• Manage session schedules, logistics, and follow-ups with precision and professionalism.
• Act as the central point of contact for all program-related communications and coordination.
• Ensure timely execution of all program milestones and deliverables.

• Client Relationship & Customization

• Manage individual clients throughout their program journey, from onboarding to completion.
• Understand client profiles, goals, and expectations to design customized one-on-one programs tailored to their specific needs.
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality, discretion, and personalized service befitting a premium clientele comprising leaders, entrepreneurs, and celebrities.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to enhance engagement and brand loyalty.

• Digital Media Management

• Manage and grow the digital presence of AYAI and Mr. Ritesh Goyal across key platforms.
• Strategize, plan, and execute a content calendar for social media and digital channels.
• Monitor engagement metrics and optimize content strategy to maximize reach and impact.
• Stay updated with digital trends, tools, and best practices to keep the brand at the forefront of the digital landscape.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree or Master in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience: 3-6 years in content creation, program coordination, or a hybrid role. Experience with C-suite executives or luxury/premium brands is highly desirable.
• Content Skills: Exceptional written and verbal English. Strong portfolio of published work - blogs, articles, social media content, scripts, etc.
• Program Skills: Proven experience in end-to-end program logistics, stakeholder coordination, and client servicing.
• Digital Skills: Proficiency in LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, content management tools, Canva/Adobe Suite, and MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
• Soft Skills: Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of multitasking. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Personal Attributes: Professional, discreet, collaborative, with high emotional intelligence. Genuine interest in leadership development and personal transformation.
