Role Overview :
As a DevOps Engineer at Gigaforce, you will be the backbone of our infrastructure strategy, ensuring the reliability, scalability, and security of our production environments. You will work closely with cross-functional development and product teams to architect robust CI/CD pipelines and manage complex containerized workloads. Your daily efforts will directly influence the speed of feature delivery and the overall stability of our platforms, ensuring a seamless experience for our end-users while maintaining high availability across cloud environments.
Key Responsibilities :
- Architect and maintain highly available infrastructure on AWS and Azure to ensure optimal performance for enterprise-grade applications.
- Design and implement automated CI/CD pipelines using Argo CD to accelerate deployment cycles and reduce manual intervention.
- Manage container orchestration and lifecycle using Kubernetes and Docker to ensure consistent application performance across environments.
- Establish comprehensive monitoring and alerting frameworks using Prometheus and Grafana to proactively identify and resolve system bottlenecks.
- Scale and optimize Kafka clusters to handle high-throughput data streaming requirements for real-time analytics.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices, improving environment consistency and disaster recovery capabilities.
Required Skillset :
- Demonstrated expertise in managing large-scale production environments using Kubernetes and Docker within cloud-native architectures.
- Proven ability to design and optimize CI/CD workflows using Argo CD, ensuring seamless integration and deployment processes.
- Strong proficiency in cloud infrastructure management across AWS and Azure, with a focus on security, cost-optimization, and scalability.
- Hands-on experience in configuring observability stacks with Prometheus and Grafana to maintain system health and performance visibility.
- Deep understanding of distributed messaging systems, specifically Kafka, and the ability to manage high-volume data pipelines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- A minimum of 7 to 10 years of professional experience in DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering roles.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid setup in Noida, demonstrating strong self-management and collaborative skills within distributed teams.
