Role Overview:
As an AI Engineer focused on GenAI Product Engineering, you will be at the forefront of designing and deploying advanced language models to solve real-world business challenges. You will work closely with cross-functional product and engineering teams to translate complex requirements into robust, production-grade AI features. Your daily work involves architecting retrieval-augmented generation pipelines, optimizing model performance, and ensuring seamless integration into our existing product ecosystem to deliver measurable value to our end users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architect and implement scalable RAG pipelines to enhance the accuracy and relevance of LLM-driven applications for enterprise clients.
- Develop and maintain high-performance APIs using FastAPI to ensure low-latency delivery of AI-powered services.
- Integrate advanced frameworks like LangChain and LlamaIndex to orchestrate complex workflows and data retrieval processes.
- Containerize and deploy AI models using Docker to ensure consistent performance across development, staging, and production environments.
- Collaborate with product managers to iterate on AI features based on user feedback and performance metrics to drive product adoption.
- Monitor and optimize model inference costs and latency to maintain cost-effective and efficient system operations.
Required Skillset:
- Demonstrated proficiency in Python for building production-ready backend systems and data processing pipelines.
- Hands-on experience in implementing LLM-based applications, specifically utilizing RAG architectures to ground model outputs in proprietary data.
- Strong command over LangChain and LlamaIndex for building modular and maintainable AI agents and data connectors.
- Proven ability to design and document RESTful APIs using FastAPI, ensuring high availability and clean integration points.
- Practical experience with Docker for environment management and deployment, alongside a solid foundation in Machine Learning principles.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field, combined with the ability to work effectively in an on-site environment in Noida.
- 2 - 4 years of professional experience in software engineering or AI development roles.
