Client Sales Specialist Job Description
As a Client Sales Specialist, you will develop, maintain, and manage your sales pipeline to develop and grow new and existing client relationships by providing excellent customer service. Drive new account growth via prospecting, sourcing, and account penetration. Effectively utilize Salesforce for client prospection and pipeline management. Must be able to navigate our TMS in order to manage daily operational tasks such as account management, invoicing, and tracking shipments. The successful candidate will have great energy and focus, a passion for sales, and a commitment to the growth and success of the company.
Client Sales Specialist Responsibilities
·Prospect for leads to build a pipeline, including heavy cold-calling
·Manage accounts, retain existing relationships, and grow share of business
·Identify business opportunities for company services
·Create quotations and sales proposals for company services
·Manage multiple projects simultaneously with a sense of urgency
·Maintain and update accurate information in the company's operating systems
Client Sales Specialist Qualifications
·Minimum of one year of industry experience in Logistics Brokerage
·Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
·Strong interpersonal skills and a dynamic personality
·Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask
·Legendary customer service skills
·Work ethic second to none
·Business-minded, with an ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment
