About the role
TheDriverTrainerisresponsiblefortrainingandassessingnewandexistingdriversinaccordancewithapprovedtheoreticalandpracticaltrainingprograms.Theroleinvolvesimprovingdrivers’professionalskills,promotingsafeandeconomicaldrivingpractices,andadvisingoninternationaltransportregulations,drivers’workingandresttimes,andrequireddocumentation.Thetraineralsocontributestothecontinuousimprovementoftrainingmethodsandprograms.
What you will do:
Conducttraininginaccordancewithprofessionaldrivertrainingprograms.
Delivertheoreticalandpracticaldrivertraininginaccordancewiththetrainingcenter’sapprovedinternalprograms.
Assessnewlyhireddriversandexistingemployees.
Providerecommendationsforimprovingdrivers’theoreticalknowledgeandpracticalskills,andcontributetothedevelopmentandupdatingoftrainingmaterialsandmethodologies.
Advisedriversoneconomicaldriving,workingandrest-timeregulations,documentationrequirements,andotherrelevantmatters.
What we expect from you:
Valid Category C+E driving licence.
At least three years of experience driving Category C+E vehicles on international routes, or at least three years of experience in road transport or driver training.
Strong presentation and audience management skills.
Proficiency in spoken and written Russian, English and Polish.

Basesalary: PLN7,780-9,780,withthefinalofferdependingonthecandidate’sexperience.
