Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end production of performance creatives (video and static) for paid user acquisition (focusing on Meta)

• Build and run the creative pipeline from briefing to delivery: ideation, briefing, production, launch, iteration

• Partner with the UA team daily - translate performance data and learnings into new creative concepts, hooks, and hypotheses

• Plan weekly creative output and hit volume targets without sacrificing quality

• Manage internal designers; source and onboard new talent as we scale

• Track creative performance (CTR, IPM, ROAS, hook rate, hold rate) and drive A/B testing on hooks, scripts, formats, and lengths

• Run continuous trend research and competitor analysis across mobile and web ad creatives

• Maintain a clean creative library, briefing templates, and reusable assets

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Creative Producer / Creative Strategist / Creative Marketing Manager for subscription web funnels, apps

• Demonstrable track record of producing high-performing UA creatives (Meta)

• Strong understanding of performance creative principles: hooks, retention, CTAs, platform-native best practices

• Excellent project management skills - comfortable shipping dozens of creative variations per month under tight deadlines

• Data literacy - confident reading creative dashboards, identifying winners, and writing briefs that translate insights into actions

• Excellent briefing and feedback skills

• English at Intermediate (B1)

• Self-driven mindset, comfortable in zero-to-one and ambiguous environments

Would be a plus

• Experience hiring and managing freelance creative networks (motion graphics, UGC, voice-over)

• Experience working in the health & wellness niche

• Experience setting up creative testing frameworks and reporting from scratch

• Experience with Applovin, TikTok, and Snapchat

• Hands-on skills in After Effects, Premiere Pro, or CapCut
