Responsibilities

• Design and animate performance-driven video creatives for Meta, TikTok, Google, AppLovin, and Snapchat

• Collaborate with the Creative Producer and UA team on briefs, hypotheses, and rapid iterations

• Adapt winning concepts into multiple variations: hooks, lengths, aspect ratios, languages, audiences

• Edit footage (UGC, stock, screen captures, app gameplay) into polished, on-brand videos

• Maintain visual consistency and quality at high cadence - multiple creatives per week

• Use AI-powered tools to speed up production (image/video generation, voice synthesis, asset clean-up) where it makes sense

• Stay current with motion trends and platform-native ad formats

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Motion Designer, ideally focused on performance / UA creatives

• Strong portfolio with performance marketing video ads

• Expert level in After Effects and Premiere Pro

• Solid understanding of what makes a performance creative work - hooks, pacing, retention, CTAs

• Ability to ship at high cadence without losing quality

• Basic sound design and mixing skills

• English at Intermediate (B1)

Would be a plus

• Hands-on experience with AI video / image / audio tools (Runway, Kling, Sora, Pika, ElevenLabs, Suno, Midjourney)

• Illustrator and Figma for static assets

• Background producing UGC-style or storytelling ad creatives
