About project:

Spilio is a product that helps people grow through developing essential soft skills. We combine practical learning with thoughtfully curated ideas from powerful books. Spilio is designed for helping people become more confident, self-aware, and effective in their everyday lives.

Requirements:

• 1+ year of experience working with mobile applications

• Knowledge of and hands-on experience with the latest AI tools (Kling, HeyGen, ElevenLabs, etc.)

• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects

• Basic knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Figma

• A portfolio showcasing completed projects

• Understanding of the basic principles of video editing and animation

• Knowledge of Adobe After Effects plugins

Would be a plus:

• Experience conducting basic competitor research for creative ideas and references

• Staying up to date with social media trends and continuously expanding visual awareness

• Keeping up with emerging AI tools and exploring their potential for creative work

Responsibilities

• Design and animate performance-driven video creatives for Meta, TikTok, Google, AppLovin, and Snapchat

• Collaborate with the Creative Producer and UA team on briefs, hypotheses, and rapid iterations

• Adapt winning concepts into multiple variations: hooks, lengths, aspect ratios, languages, audiences

• Edit footage (UGC, stock, screen captures, app gameplay) into polished, on-brand videos

• Maintain visual consistency and quality at high cadence - multiple creatives per week

• Use AI-powered tools to speed up production (image/video generation, voice synthesis, asset clean-up) where it makes sense

• Stay current with motion trends and platform-native ad formats
