Responsibilities:

• Ownership & Strategy: Take full ownership of product features or registration/onboarding funnels from idea to execution.

• Hypothesis & Experimentation: Generate, prioritize, and run A/B tests to boost user conversion, retention, and LTV.

• Data & Analytics: Work extensively with product analytics (Amplitude), define key metrics, build hypotheses, and set clear tasks for data analysts to build or optimize dashboards.

• Research & RnD: Conduct market/user research and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Creative, User Acquisition, Performance) to explore new growth vectors.

• Proactive Collaboration: Actively drive product discussions, communicate openly in team channels, and push for continuous improvements across the entire product ecosystem.

Requirements:

• 1.5+ years of experience in Product Management, Growth, or Performance Marketing within fast-paced digital products (App or Web).

• Strong Analytical Mindset: Hands-on experience with Amplitude (or similar tools) and a deep understanding of unit economics and core product metrics.

• A/B Testing Expertise: Proven track record of designing, running, and evaluating A/B experiments.

• Unit Economics Expertise: Deep understanding of unit economics in performance-driven startups - you can easily break down complex metrics and explain them simply (even to a 5-year-old).

• High Ownership & Proactivity: You don't wait for tasks to be assigned - you identify root causes, bring new ideas to the table, and push solutions from start to finish.

• Strong Communication: Transparent, responsive, and structured communication within cross-functional teams.

• Fast Learner: Quick to adopt new workflows, AI tools, and automation to speed up research and launch cycles.

• Language: Upper-Intermediate (B2+) English or higher.

Would be a plus:

• Experience with GrowthBook or similar experimentation platforms.

• Entrepreneurial experience or a background in fast-scaling tech companies
