Overall mission:
The EDM Master Data Coordinator creates and maintains master data and monitors process to identify pro-actively potential delays. He/She is supporting continuous improvement, contributes to improve service levels in the business by making master data available in a timely and accurate manner.
Main responsibilities
Daily activities
- Data Management - Master data creation and maintenance activities in the given service level, Information Management daily activities execution in the given service level
- Basic issue resolution requests execution related Data/Information Management
- Run pro-active monitoring and follow-up on activities related to the expected activities
- Perform data quality checks and correction activities
Process related activities
- Contribute to Master Data/Information Management Projects & Change Requests
- Propose process improvements - Use idea management tool
- Follow the daily task assignment provided by the team leaders or responsible person
People and collaboration
- Communicate effectively with internal and external partners by phone or via email

Your professional profile includes:
- University degree in any related field.
- Ability to read, write and communicate in English in a business setting.
- Professional experience: 0-2 years of relevant experience in function-specific role or equivalent.
- Relevant process experience, experience of working in a shared service environment is an advantage.
- Results-driven, adaptable and customer-focused, with strong decision-making and learning agility.
- Independent, reliable and detail-oriented, with strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Excel and Microsoft Office, with strong numeracy and administrative skills.
