Receptionist and Workshop Host Intern - Your future position?

We're looking for a Receptionist & Workshop Host Intern to support office operations, internal communications, and corporate events.

You will go beyond traditional reception tasks, combining workplace coordination, employee support, creative projects, and event management in an international corporate environment.

In this exciting role, you will:

• Be the first point of contact for visitors, employees, and external partners.

• Manage visitor registration, parking arrangements, and general office operations.

• Coordinate with our teams and external service providers to resolve workplace-related requests.

• Support employee onboarding and offboarding, including access cards, system profiles, documentation, and company assets.

• Maintain employee records, trackers, and administrative documentation.

• Help with occupational health administration and other employee-related processes.

• Help organize corporate events, workshops, employee celebrations, and office visits.

• Coordinate event logistics, including bookings, catering, materials, and partner communication.

• Help create engaging experiences for employees and visitors.

• Create and publish internal announcements and update intranet content.

• Prepare posters, presentations, and other visual materials for internal projects.

• Support communication campaigns and projects that enhance employee engagement and workplace experience.

• Manage recurring administrative processes, update spreadsheets, and prepare reports .

• Coordinate ongoing tasks and follow-ups while adapting to changing office priorities.

What We're Looking For:

• Active Hungarian college/university studies for at least another year

• Fluency in English and Hungarian

• At least 20 working hours / week availability

• An interest in office management, internal communications, event coordination, and creative projects.
