Program Manager - pulse by solutions

Responsible for managing the technical and business delivery of Egypt projects and to act as a Project Sponsor on common projects, leading all Project Managers.

Key KPIs include:

Accumulative subordinates PM’s KPI’s

Customer satisfaction & delivery against project specs

·Manage several projects and take the responsibility for a portfolio of customer projects

·Responsible for the planning, execution and successful completion of several customer projects

·Prepare Program plans and review them with the Program Manager from the client’s side.

·Monitor the progress of programs, ensuring that all program milestones are achieved.

·Follow up on the final acceptance for the whole program.

·Monitor the program invoicing and notify the Finance of all the necessary interim invoices to be issued to the client.

·Prepare and submit periodical activity reports to the relevant manager.

·Prepare and submit periodical progress reports to customer, as needed

·Evaluate the performance of the assigned Project Managers and prepare and submit performance evaluation reports to the relevant managers.

·Provide guidance/ instruction to subordinate PM's during the program life cycle.

· Conduct discussion sessions to subordinates to study lessons learned and optimize resources utilization.
