Für unseren Kunden, eine führende internationale Investmentbank, suchen wir ab sofort einen Senior Analyst / Associate (m/w/d).

Aufgaben

Ihre Aufgabe

  • Beratung von nationalen und internationalen Mandanten bei Buy- und Sell-Side M&A-Transaktionen, öffentlichen Übernahmen sowie Kapitalmarkt- und Finanzierungsthemen
  • Direkte Zusammenarbeit mit C-Level-Entscheidern, Gründern und Investment Committees
  • Erstellung und Verantwortung für Finanzmodelle, Unternehmensbewertungen und Marktanalysen
  • Ausarbeitung hochwertiger Präsentationen, Entscheidungsvorlagen und Due-Diligence-Unterlagen für Senior Stakeholder
  • Aktive Unterstützung bei Origination und Execution von Live-Transaktionen über verschiedene Sektoren hinweg
  • Teilnahme an Kundenterminen, Management-Calls und Site Visits
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Senior Bankern bei gleichzeitiger sichtbarer Verantwortung für eigene Workstreams

Qualifikation

Ihr Profil

  • 2-4 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung im Bereich M&A, Corporate Finance Advisory, Private Equity, Transaction Services oder Leveraged Finance
  • Sehr guter akademischer Abschluss in BWL, VWL, Finance, Ingenieurwesen oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang
  • Ausgeprägte analytische und numerische Fähigkeiten sowie fundiertes Verständnis finanzwirtschaftlicher Zusammenhänge
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Hohe Eigenmotivation, Teamgeist und die Fähigkeit, sich in einem dynamischen, leistungsorientierten Umfeld souverän zu bewegen
