Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions using tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
  • Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand processes and identify automation opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain bots that automate repetitive, manual tasks.
  • Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure optimal bot performance.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot RPA processes in production environments.
  • Continuously improve automation solutions, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and sustainability.
  • Provide technical support and maintenance for RPA implementations.
  • Document processes, workflows, and solutions for future reference and knowledge sharing.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an RPA Developer with hands-on experience in RPA tools (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, etc.).
  • Strong programming skills (C#, VB.NET, JavaScript, or similar).
  • Familiarity with AI and machine learning integration into RPA solutions is a plus.
  • Understanding of process mapping and business process analysis.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in a collaborative team environment and manage multiple projects.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
