Senior Analyst - Programmatic Monetization

The Role

Glance operates one of the world’s largest owned-and-operated mobile surfaces, reaching hundreds of millions of users across US, India, LATAM, Japan and Southeast Asia.

As Senior Analyst - Programmatic Monetization, you will work at the intersection of data, programmatic monetization and product. You will own revenue performance across defined markets, partners or surfaces, identify opportunities to improve yield, and work with cross-functional teams to turn those opportunities into measurable outcomes.

This is a hands-on role for someone who wants to go beyond reporting numbers and take ownership of the decisions behind them.

What You’ll Do

• Revenue Analysis & Insights: Analyse programmatic revenue and performance data to identify trends, diagnose issues, uncover opportunities and translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Supply & Yield Optimization: Manage supply-side levers, pricing and auction configurations to improve yield across Glance’s owned-and-operated inventory and demand partners.
• End-to-End Funnel Optimization: Monitor the full ad delivery funnel - from ad requests and auctions through fill, rendering and revenue - and identify opportunities to improve efficiency at each stage.
• Ad Strategy: Partner with Product, Engineering and other stakeholders to define and execute monetization strategies across Glance’s real estates, formats and markets.
• Experimentation: Design, execute and evaluate monetization experiments, quantify their impact and scale successful initiatives across markets or surfaces.
• AI-Augmented Working: Use AI tools to accelerate analysis, automate repetitive workflows, identify patterns and anomalies, and develop new approaches to solving monetization problems.

What We’re Looking For

• 3-5 years of experience in programmatic advertising, ad monetization, digital media, ad tech or a closely related field.
• Strong analytical skills, high comfort with data and a structured approach to problem solving.
• Ability to work with large and complex datasets and turn analysis into clear, business-ready insights and recommendations.
• Strong understanding of key programmatic and monetization metrics, including eCPM, CPM, fill rate, CTR, viewability, revenue per session, ad requests and auction performance.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to work effectively across Product, Engineering, Sales and other teams.
• Curiosity about how ad technology, auctions and publisher monetization work, with the ability and willingness to go deep into technical details when required.

Good to Have

• Knowledge of the programmatic ecosystem, including open auction, header bidding, Prebid, mediation platforms, SSPs and ad exchanges.
• Hands-on experience with Google Ad Manager (GAM) or another ad server.
• Familiarity with in-app advertising and mobile monetization, including mobile-specific auction and ad delivery dynamics.
• Experience using SQL, BI tools or other analytical platforms is a plus.
• Experience working with AI tools to automate workflows, build analyses or improve decision-making.
