What You Will Do

This is an amazing opportunity to work the Aftermarket Repair Operations Team repairing jet engine components!

Use written manufacturing procedures, drawings, Engine Manuals and other pertinent instruction to complete assemblies, machining, spray coatings, masking, and more.

Use a variety of tools such as wrenches, compressed air tools, blending discs, and more.

Learn processes such as part assembly, power deburring, spray coatings and more!

Engage in a safety-first and quality-always culture.

Be part of a growing team focused on customer delivery integrity.

Support and promote continuous improvement activities to meet business objectives.

Flexibility around shifts, for training and to maintain workflow, to include overtime.

May need to train on day time shift.

Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English

This is a 3nd Shift Role, Monday-Thursday, 4x10s, 8:00PM-6:00AM.

Qualifications You Must Have

High School or GED

Qualifications We Prefer

Manufacturing experience (Non-Aerospace acceptable)

Familiar with precision measuring equipment.

Communication skills, both verbal and written

Computer skills

Basic Shop Math

The salary range for this role is $17.13- $ 30.10. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. What is my role type?

This role is: Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance workers, as they are essential to the development of our engines.

Candidates will learn more about role type and current site status throughout the recruiting process. For onsite and hybrid roles, commuting to and from the assigned site is the employee’s personal responsibility.
