What You Will Do:

• The CTS engineer works directly with airline customers and engine overhaul facilities and teams up with their respective disciplines to:
• Understand and implement corrective action for engine related in-service events and hardware issues identified during overhaul.
• Support MROs to resolve work-stops during teardown and reassembly of engines.
• Support Airlines to resolve Aircrafts on the Ground (AOGs) and coordinate resolution of service issues.
• Initiate technical data development of documentation for engine/module piece part inspection and for Engine Manuals (EM) and Aircraft Maintenance Manuals (AMM).
• Coordinate with the technical publication organization (MDE) and provide direction for all technical publications’ issues related to their hardware.
• Interface with Airbus by providing design, operation, maintenance, and customer service data.
• Coordinate resolution on hardware investigations (CPRs - Customer Part Returns)
• Coordinate resolution on Quality Notifications (QNs)

Qualifications You Must Have:

• A University Degree Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and 8 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and 5 years of relevant experience.
• U.S citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.

Qualifications We Prefer:

• Technical writing, communication and verbal skills
• Experience with Microsoft suit products

The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
