Immerse yourself in a Monday-Friday co-op session, that will run from January to June (it is expected students will take a semester off from coursework to fully engage with this working mentorship opportunity).
This position will sit at our Aguadilla, PR location. You must be residing in Puerto Rico at the time of starting employment. Relocation is not offered.
What You Will Do:

From our established mentor-ship program to assignment of meaningful projects which have opportunity to make a difference from January through June, the Global Supply Chain internship/co-op program provides structured learning in supplement to your in-role technical training. Learn about the challenges facing aviation, and supply chain, while directly impacting the evolution of our business. Each Co-Op will be placed in a procurement or supply chain support function within one of our sub-domains. They will be assigned tactical work and project deliverables. The Co-Ops are part of a cohort group with programming and report to all managers and leadership at the end of the season. The opportunities for Co-Ops who are motivated to learn and grow in this industry are endless! Qualifications You Must Have:
- Enrolled in a degree program in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business, or related field.
- Minimum of 30 credits prior to starting your internship.
- Must be a US Citizen. This position may require access to systems/tools that are restricted to individuals who possess US citizenship.
Qualifications We Prefer:
- Minimum GPA of 3.0.
- Passion for Supply Chain and Aerospace.

Employees who are working in Hybrid roles will work regularly both onsite and offsite. This means that responsibilities of the job need to be performed onsite in Aguadilla, Puerto Rico on a regular basis with 3 days onsite and 2 days remote following the schedule assigned by the Manager.
