Job Description

Are you interested in playing a key role in defining the future of Aerospace and Defense? If so, we are hiring an ERP Business Analyst - Order to Cash (O2C) to support our of S/4HANA deployment.

The OneRTX Process & Systems Transformation Program will harmonize key business processes, associated tools, metrics, and reporting across the company, enabling the migration of capabilities into standardized ERP systems. RTX has chosen SAP’s S/4HANA to enable our future ERP system and has largely concluded the strategic definition and design phase and is now entering the initial blueprinting, build and support phases.

This role is responsible for supporting the successful delivery within each phase of the program for the global build and ongoing deployments there after:

Build - collaborate with an integrated team of external resources and internal RTX team members in the configuration and development of the common and extended deployments.

Testing - support the creation and execution of test scenarios and scripts; work alongside business leaders and testers to ensure proper functionality and defect resolution.

Cutover & Hypercare - support successful migration from legacy systems to new environments. Support go-live and the continuation of RTX business’ financial and operational performance.

You are the ideal candidate if you have experience working within an organization that is responsible for driving large scale, complex programs and projects related to business process and system transformation, ideally ERP implementation using SAP’s S/4HANA solution.

Job Responsibilities

Collaborate with business and digital team members and cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and provide guidance on utilizing the ERP system effectively.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions that leveraging S/4HANA, enhancing our workstream processes in alignment desired RTX operating model and industry best practices.

Support the creation of new and innovative solutions to support digital and business strategies and common design aspirations.

Assist data team and process teams in data mapping activities and testing.

Document common solutions, including configuration documents, process flows and data policies.

Deliver functional specifications for any forms, reports, enhancements, conversion programs, integrations and workflows deemed in scope of the workstream as part of program.

4+ years of hands-on SAP experience supporting Order-to-Cash processes with focus on Aftermarket, Service, Spare Parts, or Customer Support operations.

Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Sales and Distribution (SD), Order Management, Returns Processing, Service-related Billing, and Customer Master processes.

Experience supporting spare parts sales, returns, warranty management, repair processes, and customer service operations.

Understanding of integration between SAP SD, Logistics Execution (LE), Warehouse, Inventory Management, and Finance.

Experience supporting configuration, testing, defect management, cutover, and hyper care activities.

Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into functional solutions and specifications.

Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Experience working in complex global SAP environments and ERP transformation programs preferred

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field.

Requires theoretical to advanced knowledge of work area typically obtained through University Degree combined with experience. Practical knowledge of RTX projects, programs

or systems with the ability to make enhancements and leverage in daily work.

Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience.

Engineering/Other Technical Positions:Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics(STEM) and a minimum of 2 years of prior relevant experience unless prohibited by local laws/regulations.
