Make your mark at one of the biggest names in payments. We’re looking for an experienced EMEA Integration & Transformation Partner to join our ever evolving team and help shape the future of global commerce.
What You’ll Own
Serve as a visible advocate for the PCC Operating Model, building understanding and enthusiasm across the EMEA region.
Partner closely with the relevant EMEA stakeholders to share updates, answer questions, and address concerns around the transformation.
Gather insights, feedback, and lessons learned from regional stakeholders and translate them into recommendations for continuous improvement of the model.
Guide PCC teams through role changes, transitions, and structural shifts, ensuring alignment with global direct while considering local nuances.
Deliver clear messaging, toolkits, and guidance to support adoption of the new PCC operating Model across countries and teams.
Work hand in hand with the global HR Transformation & Integration team to ensure EMEA progress, challenges, and successes are visible and incorporated into overall program design.
Act as a sounding board to PCC leaders and team members in EMEA, providing practical advice and support during the transformation journey.
What you’ll bring
Strong knowledge of HR structures, processes, and the dynamics of HR, particularly within Global Payments
Exceptional communication and influencing skills, with the ability to build trust quickly and engage diverse stakeholders
Comfortable working in an evolving, fast paced environment and proactively driving clarity
Ability to work across time zones
Experience
Experience navigating complex, matrixed organizations and balancing global consistency with local relevance
Experience in HR, preferably in the HR Partner space
Experience supporting M&A activity
