Make your mark at one of the biggest names in payments. We’re looking for a Technical Trainer to join our ever-evolving Learning & Development Team and help shape the future of global commerce. In this role, you’ll empower clients, colleagues and partners with the knowledge and confidence to maximize the value of Global Payments solutions, driving adoption, performance and business outcomes across a complex payments landscape. Your expertise will influence how learning is designed, delivered and scaled, helping teams stay ahead of evolving technologies, compliance requirements and client expectations. As a trusted advisor and subject matter expert, you’ll play a critical role in strengthening client success, accelerating organizational capability and supporting Global Payments’ mission to deliver innovative payment solutions that help businesses thrive around the world.

What you'll own

  • Design and deliver impactful learning experiences that accelerate product adoption, strengthen user confidence and enable clients and colleagues to achieve measurable business outcomes.
  • Lead the development of tailored training solutions that address complex business needs, improve knowledge retention and drive successful implementation of Global Payments products and technologies.
  • Influence learning strategy and continuous improvement initiatives by evaluating training effectiveness, identifying opportunities for enhancement and ensuring training programs deliver meaningful results.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients and stakeholders, providing expert guidance that increases solution utilization, strengthens relationships and contributes to long-term business success.
  • Build organizational capability through coaching and knowledge leadership, empowering teams to develop expertise, improve performance and adapt confidently to evolving industry and technology changes.

What you'll bring

  • Proven experience delivering technical or product-based training programs for diverse audiences and translating complex concepts into engaging, practical learning experiences.
  • Experience in the full training lifecycle, including analysis, design, delivery and evaluation, with a track record of achieving measurable learning and business outcomes.
  • Strong consultative and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence decisions, build credibility and foster strong client and internal partnerships.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently on complex initiatives, applying sound judgment, critical thinking and problem-solving skills to achieve successful outcomes.
  • Extensive knowledge of technology-enabled solutions, products or payment-related environments, combined with a passion for continuous learning and knowledge sharing.

It's a bonus if you have

  • Professional training or instructional design certification.
  • Experience supporting payment processing, financial technology or highly regulated industries.
  • Proficiency in a second language and experience delivering training to global audiences.
