Requirements
4+ years of commercial software development experience
Strong hands-on experience with Java and Spring Boot
Strong hands-on experience with JavaScript and React
Solid understanding of SDLC and CI/CD concepts
Experience with RESTful web services and API design
Strong experience in designing and implementing software modules and systems
Experience working with SQL databases (MySQL / MS SQL)
Experience with Git and build tools
Good understanding of frontend fundamentals (HTML, CSS)
Practical experience using AI-powered development tools and agentic coding workflows
Experience with Claude Code and other AI coding assistants for code generation, refactoring, debugging, and testing
Understanding of Model Context Protocol (MCP) and experience integrating or using MCP servers and tools
Familiarity with AI-assisted software development best practices, including prompt engineering, code validation, and security considerations
English – upper-intermediate
Job responsibilities
Research, design, develop, and maintain enterprise-wide systems and application software
Develop and implement new features across both backend and frontend
Design, implement, and maintain REST APIs and frontend integrations
Write and execute unit tests to ensure code quality and reliability
Leverage AI-powered development tools and agentic coding workflows to accelerate software development
Use Claude Code and other AI coding assistants for code generation, refactoring, debugging, and test automation
Integrate and leverage MCP servers and tools to extend AI capabilities within development workflows
Apply AI-assisted development best practices, ensuring code quality, security, and maintainability
Participate in system design, code reviews, and technical discussions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions
