Deine neuen Aufgaben

  • Einsatzplanung und Disposition unserer Servicetechniker in der Schweiz
  • Koordination von Störungen, Wartungen und Kundenterminen sowie Überwachung der vereinbarten SLA Bearbeitung, Kontrolle und Abschluss von Serviceaufträgen und Serviceberichte
  • Pflege von Stamm-, Auftrags- und Dokumentationsdaten sowie Erstellung von Auswertungen und Statistiken
  • Administrative Unterstützung der Kundenkommunikation, bei Eskalationen sowie in der Ersatzteillogistik und Warenversorgung
  • Mitarbeit bei Sonderprojekten und bereichsübergreifenden Verbesserungsmassnahmen

Das bringst Du mit

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Grundausbildung oder gleichwertige Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung im Serviceinnendienst, Helpdesk, in der Disposition oder Administration
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute mündliche Französischkenntnisse
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Microsoft Office; Erfahrung mit ERP- oder Service-Management-Systemen von Vorteil
  • Ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung, Organisationsstärke und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Schnittstellen
  • Selbstständige, zuverlässige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise - auch bei wechselnden Prioritäten
