In the role of RTR Manager within our Finance organization, you will contribute to our purpose of Bringing People Closer. You will lead the Record-to-Report organization, ensuring high-quality accounting operations, accurate and timely financial reporting, strong internal controls, and continuous improvement across the end-to-end RTR process.

This is an opportunity to combine strong technical accounting expertise with people leadership, stakeholder management, and transformation. You will play a key role in shaping how our RTR organization operates, helping create more standardized, efficient, and scalable finance processes.

The team you will be part of

You will be part of our Finance organization, working closely with colleagues across Record-to-Report, Purchase-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Payroll, Treasury, Group Financial Reporting & Controlling, and local Finance teams.

You will lead and develop an accounting team responsible for delivering accurate, compliant, and timely financial operations. Our ambition is to build a collaborative, accountable, and performance-oriented environment where people support one another, share knowledge, and continuously improve the way we work.

As part of a global and matrixed organization, you will collaborate with stakeholders across countries and functions, including Finance leadership, business teams, auditors, tax advisors, and shared service organizations.

Your contribution is appreciated, and you will:

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of Record-to-Report activities, ensuring accurate and timely month-end and year-end close processes.

  • Oversee core General Ledger activities, including journal entries, accruals, provisions, prepayments, and balance sheet reconciliations.

  • Ensure high-quality Intercompany accounting, including reconciliations, dispute resolution, and coordination with relevant stakeholders.

  • Oversee Fixed Assets accounting activities, including capitalization, depreciation, disposals, and related controls.

  • Support and oversee R&D accounting activities, including cost allocation, capitalization assessments, and tracking of project-related expenditure.

  • Review, challenge, and approve accounting entries and accounting treatments in line with IFRS, Polish GAAP, statutory requirements, internal controls, and company accounting policies.

  • Ensure appropriate alignment between Group reporting requirements and Polish statutory accounting requirements, identifying and managing relevant accounting differences.

  • Lead the preparation and delivery of financial reporting, including reporting activities performed through OneStream or similar consolidation and reporting tools.

  • Ensure compliance with the Polish Accounting Act, Polish GAAP, VAT, CIT, statutory financial statement requirements, and relevant reporting deadlines.

  • Work closely with external and internal auditors, tax advisors, and relevant authorities, coordinating responses to audit and compliance-related requests.

  • Monitor operational performance through relevant KPIs, service levels, close-performance measures, and accounting quality indicators.

  • Proactively identify accounting and operational risks, strengthen controls, and ensure consistent and high-quality service delivery.

  • Drive standardization, simplification, automation, and continuous improvement across RTR processes.

  • Identify opportunities to improve close efficiency, accounting quality, team productivity, and the overall RTR operating model.

  • Establish and continuously improve clear process ownership, governance structures, and financial controls.

  • Lead and support Finance transformation initiatives impacting the RTR organization.

  • Manage, develop, and coach the RTR team, ensuring clear expectations, effective workload management, and strong performance during demanding close periods.

  • Build team capability through coaching, development, cross-training, and succession planning.

  • Manage team capacity and resources, identify capability gaps, and ensure responsibilities are allocated effectively.

  • Lead teams through organizational, process, and technology changes.

  • Act as a trusted Finance partner to senior stakeholders, proactively addressing accounting and operational topics and ensuring appropriate escalation and resolution of risks and issues.

  • Collaborate across Finance processes, including RTR, PTP, OTC, Payroll, and Treasury, ensuring strong end-to-end process understanding and effective coordination.

To perform well in the role, we imagine that you:

  • Have a strong background in Record-to-Report, General Ledger, or Accounting operations.

  • Bring solid people leadership experience and enjoy developing, coaching, and empowering accounting professionals.

  • Have extensive knowledge of IFRS and Polish GAAP, including the ability to assess accounting treatments and manage differences between Group and statutory reporting.

  • Possess a strong understanding of the Polish Accounting Act and local statutory reporting requirements.

  • Have a very good understanding of Polish accounting and tax regulations, including VAT, CIT, statutory financial statements, and regulatory reporting requirements.

  • Are comfortable independently reviewing and challenging accounting entries and accounting treatments.

  • Understand core accounting processes, including journal entries, accruals, provisions, prepayments, balance sheet reconciliations, Intercompany accounting, and Fixed Assets.

  • Have experience with financial reporting and consolidation tools such as OneStream or similar platforms.

  • Understand end-to-end Finance process dependencies and can effectively collaborate across RTR, PTP, OTC, Payroll, Treasury, and other Finance functions.

  • Have experience working with auditors, tax advisors, and senior Finance stakeholders.

  • Are confident managing operational performance through KPIs, service levels, and close-performance measures.

  • Have a strong continuous improvement mindset and enjoy identifying opportunities for standardization, simplification, automation, and process optimization.

  • Are comfortable working in a multinational, GBS, SSC, or similarly complex centralized Finance environment.

  • Have experience leading transformation initiatives, process improvements, or operating model changes.

  • Demonstrate strong stakeholder management skills and can build trusted relationships across functions and countries.

  • Can translate complex accounting and operational topics into clear recommendations and actionable decisions.
