Associate Product Manager

The Associate Product Manager will support the end-to-end B2B product lifecycle by collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful product features. This role involves contributing to product roadmap planning, gathering customer insights, and translating business requirements into clear product specifications. The ideal candidate will thrive in an agile, fast-paced environment and play a key role in driving product outcomes aligned with business goals.

Responsibilities:

• Support end-to-end ownership of the B2B product lifecycle, from discovery and planning to launch and iteration.
• Assist in developing and maintaining the product roadmap in alignment with business objectives and customer requirements.
• Collaborate with engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success teams to support timely product development and releases.
• Work closely with customers and internal stakeholders to understand pain points, collect feedback, and convert insights into clear product requirements.
• Contribute to defining product features, user stories, and acceptance criteria to support business KPIs.
• Help ensure alignment across teams on product vision, priorities, and delivery timelines.
• Operate within an agile environment, supporting sprint planning, backlog grooming, and prioritization based on product goals.
• Conduct market and competitor research to support data-driven product decisions in the B2B landscape.

Requirements:

• 2-4 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or a related role, preferably in a B2B environment.
• Experience with AI tools is an added advantage.
• Hands-on experience supporting product ownership and contributing to product lifecycle management.
• Basic to intermediate experience in roadmap planning, requirement documentation, and working with engineering teams.
• Understanding of B2B products and the ability to translate business needs into functional product requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.
• Experience working in an agile or fast-paced startup environment is a plus.
