What You’ll Do Every Day (Responsibilities)
- First Impressions & Patient Welcome:Greet arriving patients with warmth and positive energy, guide families through check-in, and set expectations for their visits.
- Patient Communication: Communicate clearly and warmly with patients and families to answer inquiries, verify information, and explain appointment details.
- Scheduling & Call Management: Handle multi-line phone systems with ease, confirm upcoming visits, and schedule patient appointments efficiently.
- Practice Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with clinical staff and doctors to ensure a smooth, cheerful daily schedule flow.
What We're Looking For (Qualifications)
- Experience:1-3 years of customer service experience (retail, hospitality, medical, or dental backgrounds are welcome!).
- Phone Skills: Hands-on experience handling multi-line telephone systems.
- Core Qualities: Strong communication skills, a warm and welcoming presence, a collaborative spirit, and an eagerness to learn and grow.
- Safety & Compliance: This position is safety-sensitive; successful completion of a pre-employment drug screen is required. We strictly adhere to CDC, OSHA, and ADA safety guidelines.
