About the role

As an Operations Intern at GoDutch, you're the link between our users and the team. You make sure every user has a seamless, personal experience with GoDutch - from their very first step to daily use.

• You're the first point of contact for users with questions or problems

• You guide new users through onboarding

• You communicate with users in your own, authentic way

• You solve operational problems together with the team

• You actively contribute ideas for improving our processes

• You have an eye for the customer experience and help keep the workflow running smoothly

Personal development

• You'll learn everything about customer contact inside a fintech scale-up

• You'll gain insight into operational processes, workflows and automation

• You'll work closely with other teams (product, support, marketing)

• You'll get real responsibility and the space to help build the company

What you bring

• You speak and write fluent Dutch and English

• You're available at least 3 days a week at our office in Amsterdam

• You're energetic, solution-oriented and bring a positive attitude

• You enjoy talking to people and continuously improving processes
