AsourTechnicalSupportSpecialist,UK, you'll provide technical support and troubleshooting for Gogo's inflight connectivity solutions, supporting customers, OEMs, and partnersacrossavarietyofsatellite,air-to-ground,andcommunicationnetworks.You'llworkcloselywithcustomers,engineering,product,andnetworkpartnerstoresolveissues,improveservicereliability,anddeliverabest-in-classcustomerexperience.

WhatYou'llDo

• ProvideremoteandonsitetechnicalsupporttoOEMsandcustomersforavionicssystemconfigurations,troubleshooting,andissueresolution

• DelivertechnicalguidanceandsupportacrossGogo'sconnectivityproductsandservices,includingflightdeckandcabincommunicationsystems

• SupportcustomersandOEMsintheuseofsatelliteconnectivitynetworks,associatedhardware,andservicecompatibilityrequirements

• Partnerwithsatellitenetworkoperatorsandinternalteamstoinvestigatecustomerissues,identifytrends,anddrivetimelyresolutions

• Monitornetworkperformanceandproactivelyidentifyopportunitiestoimproveservicereliabilityandcustomerexperience

• Assistwithproductdevelopmentandqualityassuranceactivities,includingsoftwareregressiontesting,analysis,anddefectinvestigation

• Collaboratewithproductmanagers,engineers,anddeveloperstoisolate,troubleshoot,andresolvetechnicalissues

• Build,configure,andtesthardwaresolutionswithinGogo'stestlabenvironmenttosupportnewproductsandcustomerdeployments

WhatYou'llBring

• Bachelor'sDegreeinaSTEMdisciplineorequivalentpracticalexperience

• 1-2yearsofexperienceintechnicalsupport,customersupport,orarelatedfield

• Experiencetroubleshootinghardware,software,andnetwork-relatedissuesinacustomer-facingenvironment

• KnowledgeofIP-basednetworkingtechnologies,includingroutersandswitchessuchasCisco

• Understandingofsatellitecommunicationsandconnectivitynetworks,includingIridium,Viasat/Inmarsat,air-to-groundtechnologies,orsimilarsystems

• Abilitytosupportcustomersduringoccasionaloff-hoursandweekendcoverageasrequired

• MustbelocatedwithinacommutabledistanceofFarnborough,UKandbeauthorizedtoworkandresideintheUnitedKingdom

• Experiencesupportingtelecommunications,aerospace,aviation,orconnectivity-relatedtechnologies

• Abilitytoworkindependentlywhilealsocontributingeffectivelywithinacollaborativeteamenvironment

• Stronganalytical,troubleshooting,andproblem-solvingskillswiththeabilitytomakesounddecisionsunderpressure

• Excellentcustomerservice,communication,organizational,andtimemanagementskills
