As our Network Engineer, you'll play a critical role in designing, implementing, maintaining, and optimizing the network infrastructure that powers Gogo's products and services. You'll work closely with Network Operations, Engineering, Security, Cloud, and Product teams to ensure our networks remain reliable, scalable, secure, and ready to support the next generation of connected aviation.

What You'll Do
Design, implement, and support enterprise and service provider network infrastructure to ensure high availability and performance.
Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot LAN, WAN, wireless, routing, and switching environments.
Partner with Network Operations, Security, Cloud, and Engineering teams to deliver reliable and scalable network solutions.
Lead and support network upgrades, migrations, and infrastructure modernization initiatives.
Diagnose and resolve complex network performance, availability, and connectivity issues.
Develop and maintain network documentation, diagrams, standards, and operational procedures.
Identify opportunities to automate network administration, monitoring, and deployment processes.
Contribute to capacity planning, disaster recovery, cybersecurity initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts.
Participate in on-call support and incident management activities as required.
Ensure network environments meet performance, security, and compliance requirements.
What You'll Bring
This is a hybrid position based in our Broomfield or Chicago office. Team members are expected to work onsite three days per week and remotely two days per week.
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Network Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
3+ years of experience in network engineering, network administration, or a related infrastructure role.
Demonstrated experience designing, implementing, and troubleshooting complex network environments.
Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPNs, routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP), and switching technologies.
Experience with enterprise networking equipment from vendors such as Cisco, Juniper, Arista, or similar.
