Head of Product (Whoscall)

About the Role

We're looking for a Head of Product to lead Whoscall's product organization, own product decisions, and drive the AI transformation of our product development process. Working closely with the CEO, you'll lead the product management team and turn user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility into a clear product direction with measurable outcomes. This role directly shapes Whoscall's product competitiveness in fraud prevention and trust technology.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive Whoscall's product strategy and roadmap, aligned with company-wide goals.
• Lead and develop the product management team; build a strong decision-making culture and working cadence.
• Arbitrate priorities and resource conflicts across product teams, ensuring coherence and delivery quality across the portfolio.
• Lead the AI transformation of the product development process - bringing AI into research, planning, analysis, documentation, prototyping, and decision-making, and defining the division of labor between people and AI.
• Measure product performance against key metrics (active users, retention, conversion, revenue) and drive data-informed iteration.
• Align engineering, design, and business teams so product decisions serve users, technology, and the business at once.

Requirements

• 8+ years in product management, including 3+ years in a product leadership role.
• Has fully owned consumer software products or features, with a track record of measurable outcomes (mobile app experience a plus).
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted product development, or a clear methodology for it.
• Data-driven; makes decisions using research and metrics.
• Native-level Mandarin; full professional proficiency in English, able to work across international teams - communication, presentations, and written documentation.
• Basic technical understanding, including the fundamentals of frontend, backend, app, and API development.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience driving next-phase (second-curve) growth in a mature, at-scale product - rather than early-stage 0→1 scaling.
• 5+ years working with international or cross-regional teams.
• Passionate about trust technology.
