Gogoprint is Asia Pacific's leading online printing company, operating across Malaysia, Singapore, and Thailand. We're looking for a Senior Product Specialist to join our small, high-ownership Product team in KL.
This is a hands-on, high-impact role. You'll own the end-to-end product lifecycle - launches, maintenance, pricing, and performance - and work cross-functionally with Tech, Marketing, and Supply Chain. You'll be the most knowledgeable person in the company about how our webshop works, and that knowledge will have a direct effect on revenue.
You'll work alongside one other team member and report to the interim Team Lead, who currently also oversees our Supply Chain team. This means you'll need to operate with a high degree of autonomy, strong judgment, and the ability to hold things together without constant oversight. There is a realistic path to Team Lead for the right person.
What You'll Do
Product Operations & Website
Own day-to-day product and website operations: resolve issues, run functionality checks, manage configurations, and handle ad-hoc stakeholder requests.
Set up, maintain, and sunset products and categories on the ecommerce website - including price calculations, margin settings, and page configuration.
Keep the webshop current: pricing, lead times, product information, and promotional content.
Investigate pricing discrepancies and other website issues - identify root causes, and implement fixes.
Investigate and suggest ways to optimize conversion rate
Back up website pricing and lead-time configurations on a regular cadence.
Product Launches & Projects
Execute end-to-end product and feature launches, coordinating across design, marketing, and development.
Liaise with the design team to brief, track, and sign off on assets ahead of each launch.
Plan and execute promotional campaigns in collaboration with marketing.
Take ownership of assigned workstreams on larger team projects and deliver against milestones.
Analysis & Optimisation
Monitor and track the performance of active products, surfacing insights to guide priorities.
Research and evaluate new product opportunities based on revenue and margin potential - keep track of competitors and general market trends.
Collaborate with Sales and Customer Service to identify optimisations that improve conversion and revenue.
Contribute to OKR-aligned projects, with increasing ownership over time.
Team & Leadership (as you grow into the role)
Provide day-to-day guidance and task direction to the junior team member; help prioritise the team's workload in coordination with the TL.
Flag blockers, risks, and priorities proactively - this team runs lean, and things need to surface quickly.
Over time, take on broader ownership of team output and team management, with a view to stepping into a Team Lead role.
Requirements
What we’re looking for
Must-haves
3-6 years of experience in e-commerce, product operations, business analytics, or marketplace management.
Strong analytical skills - advanced Excel / Google Sheets is required; SQL is a strong plus.
Proven ability to operate independently: you manage your own priorities, you don't wait to be told what to do next.
Detail-oriented and diligent - mistakes on a live webshop have real consequences, and you take that seriously.
Strong written and spoken English.
Good grasp of ecommerce fundamentals: how product pages, pricing logic, and conversion fit together.
Strong pluses
Experience informally leading or mentoring others - you don't need a formal TL title, but we want to see evidence of leadership instincts.
Practical experience with HTML.
Familiarity with online marketing concepts.
Experience in a fast-moving, cross-functional environment where you had to coordinate across teams without formal authority.
