Senior Backend Developer (Golang)

We are looking for a Senior Backend Developer with strong expertise in Golang to design, build, and maintain scalable backend systems and APIs. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience building high-performance distributed systems, microservices architecture, and cloud-native applications. You will work closely with product managers, frontend engineers, and DevOps teams to deliver reliable and scalable backend solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance backend services using Golang.
• Build scalable RESTful APIs and microservices architectures.
• Develop robust, secure, and maintainable backend systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, frontend, and DevOps.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and reliability.
• Implement database design, schema management, and performance tuning.
• Write clean, testable, and efficient code with proper documentation.
• Troubleshoot and debug production issues and system bottlenecks.
• Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical decisions.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and deployment strategies.
• Ensure security, data protection, and compliance best practices.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of backend development experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Golang.
• Strong experience with microservices architecture.
• Experience building RESTful APIs and distributed systems.
• Proficiency with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis).
• Experience with message queues such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, or NATS.
• Familiarity with Docker and containerized deployments.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Strong understanding of system design, concurrency, and performance optimization.
• Experience with Git and modern development workflows.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
