Marketing Manager

We are looking for a Marketing Manager with 1-3 years of experience in digital and local marketing, preferably with experience working with businesses in the US market. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Google Business Profile (GBP), Google Ads, Instagram, Local SEO, and content strategy, along with strong analytical, communication, and client-management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize Google Business Profiles across multiple client accounts to improve local visibility, rankings, engagement, and lead generation.
• Plan, execute, monitor, and optimize Google Ads campaigns based on business and acquisition goals.
• Optimize Instagram profiles and content strategies to improve reach, engagement, follower growth, and organic audience acquisition.
• Develop local marketing strategies covering keywords, competitor analysis, reviews, content, GBP optimization, and local search visibility.
• Identify content and growth opportunities based on search trends, audience behavior, competitor activity, and channel performance.
• Analyze marketing, social media, search, and campaign performance and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Identify gaps across the acquisition funnel and recommend ways to improve lead quality, conversion, and overall performance.
• Work closely with clients and internal teams to understand business objectives and translate them into relevant marketing strategies.
• Conduct client reviews, onboarding sessions, and strategy discussions.
• Prepare clear performance reports covering results, insights, recommendations, and next steps.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure marketing recommendations are executed effectively and client requirements are addressed.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, local SEO, social media marketing, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of Google Business Profile and Local SEO.
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads.
• Good understanding of Instagram optimization, content strategy, engagement, and organic outreach.
• Ability to analyze marketing and social media metrics and turn data into actionable recommendations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable working with and communicating with US-based clients.
• Ability to present marketing strategies, insights, and performance updates clearly.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong ownership, problem-solving, and execution skills.

Good to Have

• Experience working with local or service-based businesses in the US.
• Understanding of SEO, website performance, conversion tracking, and UTM attribution.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Looker Studio, or similar tools.
• Understanding of AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), AI search, and AI indexability.
• Experience identifying opportunities to improve a brand's visibility across traditional search and emerging AI-powered search platforms.

What an Average Day Looks Like

• Manage and optimize Google Business Profiles across multiple client accounts.
• Review rankings, traffic, engagement, leads, and campaign performance to identify areas for improvement.
• Work with clients on their digital presence, Instagram, local marketing, content, competitors, and search strategy.
• Work on website SEO, content relevance, AEO, AI indexability, and search visibility.
• Conduct client onboarding, reviews, and strategy discussions.
• Analyze competitors and identify new opportunities for growth and visibility.
• Coordinate with internal teams to execute recommendations and address client requirements.
• Balance strategy, analysis, client communication, and hands-on execution across multiple accounts.

  As a Marketing Manager at Kenko, you’ll work closely with fitness and wellness businesses in the US, helping them improve their local visibility, digital presence, customer acquisition, and growth. This is a hands-on role where you’ll work across local marketing, Google Business Profile, Google Ads, Instagram, SEO, AEO, and AI-powered search visibility, while also working directly with clients and internal teams.
