About the Role

As a Growth Marketer, you’ll help drive customer acquisition, conversion, and retention for a direct-to-consumer business. You’ll own campaigns across paid media, email, SMS, and other growth channels while continuously testing audiences, messaging, creative, landing pages, and offers. You’ll have the autonomy to turn ideas into measurable experiments and use performance data to determine where to invest next.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and optimize acquisition and retention campaigns across paid media, email, SMS, and other growth channels.
• Build and test audiences, messaging, creative concepts, landing pages, and promotional offers to uncover new growth opportunities.
• Improve the customer journey by identifying opportunities to increase website conversion and reduce friction.
• Develop strategies that encourage repeat purchases and strengthen customer lifetime value.
• Track CAC, conversion rate, ROAS, LTV, and other key performance metrics to guide marketing decisions.
• Maintain a structured testing roadmap that prioritizes experiments based on potential business impact.
• Turn campaign results into actionable insights and apply learnings to future tests and channel strategies.
• Partner with creative, e-commerce, and other teams to execute campaigns and share insights that improve performance across the business.

Requirements

Must-Have:

• Experience in growth or performance marketing, ideally within DTC or e-commerce.
• Hands-on experience launching, managing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns.
• Working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Shopify, GA4, and/or Klaviyo.
• Ability to analyze marketing performance and translate data into clear next steps.
• Strong writing skills for developing and evaluating customer-facing messaging.
• Strong organization skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and experiments at once.
• Professional English communication skills for collaborating effectively in a remote environment.

Nice to Have:

• Experience improving e-commerce conversion rates and customer retention.
• Experience building structured A/B or multivariate testing programs.
• Familiarity with customer segmentation, lifecycle marketing, and LTV analysis.
• Experience working with distributed creative or e-commerce teams.
