About the Role
This role owns social media and email marketing for a fintech wealth planning platform, sitting within the Marketing team and reporting to the Head of Marketing. You will shape how the brand shows up across every channel, turning each post and campaign send into a learning opportunity that drives real audience growth and engagement.
What You'll Do
Manage brand social media channels across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok, keeping content on-brand and on-calendar.
Partner with external content creation agencies to brief, align, and deliver work on time.
Build and maintain a content calendar that supports campaigns and key announcements.
Engage daily by responding to comments, answering DMs, and starting real conversations with the audience.
Spot trends quickly and translate them into on-brand content opportunities.
Own the email marketing strategy in HubSpot, from planning through execution.
Write and design newsletters that subscribers genuinely want to read.
Run continuous experiments on subject lines, send times, formats, and segmentation to improve opens, clicks, and conversions.
Track performance weekly, report clearly, and adjust strategy based on data.
What We're Looking For
1 to 2 years of experience in social media, email marketing, or digital marketing with measurable results.
Demonstrated track record of growing audiences or improving campaign performance metrics through owned work.
Hands-on experience managing at least one major social platform, including content posting, community engagement, and performance tracking.
Strong writing skills with a natural instinct for brand voice and tone across social posts, email copy, and newsletters.
Proficiency executing email campaigns in HubSpot or a comparable platform such as Mailchimp or Klaviyo.
Experience designing and analyzing A/B tests on email campaigns.
Comfort reading marketing performance data and translating it into clear, actionable insights.
Experience coordinating with external agencies, content creators, or freelancers to deliver on-brand work on deadline.
Background in fintech, personal finance, or consumer brand marketing is a plus.
Familiarity with paid social advertising to complement organic strategy is a plus.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary range: $80,000 to $100,000 USD annually. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in New York, NY, United States.
