About the Role
This is a hands-on content role at a fast-moving B2B SaaS startup in the sales intelligence space, working directly alongside the founder. You will own the full content process, from raw idea to published post, and be the voice that brings the company's story to life across social, video, and beyond.
What You'll Do
Write posts, threads, strong opinions, product stories, and company updates for LinkedIn and X, across both the founder's personal accounts and the company's brand.
Plan, film, and edit short-form videos, product demos, interviews, and longer YouTube content without relying on a production team.
Work closely with the founder to turn everyday conversations, ideas, and lessons into content that reflects his authentic voice.
Document the reality of building a startup, including customer calls, events, launches, travel, wins, and setbacks.
Repurpose a single recording into multiple pieces of content, adapting hooks and formats for each platform.
Own the content calendar, publish consistently, engage with replies, and use performance data to guide future content decisions.
What We're Looking For
Up to 5 years of experience in content creation, social media, or a related marketing discipline; strong personal or freelance projects are equally welcome.
Ability to write, shoot, edit, caption, and publish independently without needing a dedicated production team.
A sharp instinct for storytelling, hooks, pacing, and what makes someone stop scrolling.
Platform fluency across LinkedIn, X, and YouTube, with a clear sense of why content succeeds differently on each.
Comfort operating at speed, producing high volumes of content, and iterating quickly based on results.
Genuine curiosity about AI and B2B technology, with an ability to make complex topics accessible and engaging.
A proactive approach: you spot opportunities and move on them without waiting for a detailed brief.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary up to $75,000 USD annually. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
