DevOps Engineer II

Responsibilities:

• Be the architect of automation, building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines that empower rapid and reliable releases.
• Scale cloud infrastructure across AWS services with performance, cost, and reliability in mind.
• Design resilient systems to ensure our fintech stack is always-on, always-secure, and always-fast.
• Drive observability by implementing real-time monitoring, alerting, and logging (think Grafana, Prometheus, ELK, etc. ).
• Work closely with backend and platform teams to roll out containerized workloads, microservices, and infrastructure-as-code.
• Own cloud security, infrastructure compliance, and audits as we scale towards millions of users.
• Solve real-world problems, infra bottlenecks, deployment issues, rollbacks, failovers, and more before they even happen.

Requirements:

• 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in DevOps/SRE or cloud infrastructure roles.
• Strong working knowledge of AWS: EC2 VPC, IAM, ALB/NLB, RDS, S3 CloudWatch, Route53 etc.
• Experience working with Docker, Kubernetes (preferably EKS), and containerized workloads.
• Solid skills in Terraform or similar IaC tools: you don't click; you code.
• Hands-on with CI/CD tools like GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, Jenkins, etc.
• Comfortable with scripting (Bash, Python, Go, whatever gets the job done).
• Prior experience working in high-availability, distributed systems is a big plus.
• A keen eye for cost optimization, security best practices, and performance tuning.
• Bonus: Experience in fintech or building infrastructure for real-time payment systems.
