Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models to solve business challenges.
  • Apply statistical and analytical techniques to extract actionable insights from large datasets.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and business stakeholders.
  • Build and optimise data pipelines and model workflows for production environments.
  • Conduct experiments and validate model performance using appropriate evaluation metrics.
  • Translate complex analytical findings into clear business recommendations.
  • Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to best practices in data science.

Requirements:

  • Strong foundation in core data science concepts (statistics, probability, and machine learning).
  • Hands-on experience with ML modelling, algorithms, and classical machine learning techniques.
  • Proficiency in Python and common data science libraries (e. g., Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn).
  • Experience working with structured and unstructured datasets.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
