What You Will Do

  • Lead the implementation of environmental, health and safety strategies, programs, standards, and action plans to achieve site and regional EHS objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable environmental and safety regulations and maintain the documentation, management systems, audits, and certifications necessary to support compliance.
  • Lead and develop the EHS team while promoting a strong safety and environmental culture throughout manufacturing and administrative operations.
  • Lead incident investigations, risk assessments, corrective actions, and root-cause analysis to reduce workplace and environmental risks and prevent recurrence.
  • Partner with plant leadership and regional and global EHS teams to coordinate initiatives, align priorities, support audits, and continuously improve EHS performance.
  • Oversee environmental management activities, including ISO 14001-related processes, regulatory compliance, water treatment operations, environmental monitoring, and supporting operational controls.
